Early Syn Gigs

The Syn were originally formed by Steve Nardelli and John Painter. The band merged with another band called The Selfs. The Selfs included Chris Squire, Andrew Jackman, and Martyn Adelman. The first gig for The Syn took place at Steve Nardelli's school, where they played covers by Holland-Dozier-Holland and The Marvelettes.
